It’s important to recognize great work. We tend to spend too much time complaining and yet great work hardly gets lip service. I want to thank you for truly great work…..not only in the finished product of our home at 26 Cinnamon Beach Place  but great work in creating a process to reach that product which was client focused to the nth degree.

 

This is our sixth home, the second new build, and never before has the process from meet and greet to ‘here’s the keys to the front door’ been more dialogue-open, interactive, worry-free than our business relationship with you and CBV.

 

From taking our ideas and insuring they were incorporated in the build to managing the subs so those ideas became reality, it’s been easy on us. You have developed a strong, diverse and top line vendor base which gave us more than enough latitude in choosing our amenities from roof tiles to door knobs. The hand’s-on subs are absolutely in the ‘craftsmen’ category, from tile layers to carpenters to painters.

 

So thanks for making this an event that was really a non-event. No stress, no fuss, no muss. Just a exceptional finished product developed through a great process created by great work.

When I told my friends and family that I was going to build a house they all told me I was crazy and each had a builder horror story to tell me. After much thought and the great desire to have my dream house just the way I wanted it, I forged ahead anyway. The first contractor I met with "acted" kind and spent a lot of time with me but when he presented me with the plans it was apparent that he did not hear a word I said.  I felt taken advantage of since the price he quoted had now changed drastically.  It was not the house we discussed hours on end. I thought if the communication was this bad over the plans and cost then what the heck was I in for during construction! Needless to say, I ran as fast as I could. Then I met with Lenny from CBV homes. He was young, enthusiastic, and willing to work with me in giving me the house I wanted within my budget. We didn't need to spend all kinds of time on the plans because he listened very carefully to what I wanted in my dream home. When he presented me with the plans it was everything I wanted and more! He even added what he thought I would like just because he actually listened to me! And guess what, the price was exactly what we agreed on! I lived in South Florida and tried to come as often as I could during construction but I really didn't need to. Lenny kept me up to date with every little thing going on and would even send pictures! Construction is not an exact science and you would be foolish to think nothing will go wrong. But I can tell you the few little problems are nothing that couldn't be fixed. Lenny's customer service is none to be compared. Lenny made me, the customer, feel I was always right (even when I wasn't!).  He would never hesitate to make changes if need be. I appreciated money wasn't his driving force but perfection of a final project was. I got my perfect house just the way I envisioned it and I actually had fun building it. I would do it all over again with CBV, they are that good .
