Premier Guardian Package

Annual Plan - $499/$699 -10 inspections per year

Monthly Plan - $59/$79 per month (one inspection per month)

Additional Single Visit -$59/$79

Each detailed home inspection includes:

Inspect home or condominium every 4-5 weeks. (Homes in excess of 3000 square feet may incur additional rates.)
Prepare house or condominium for owner arrival, if requested.
Ventilate home by opening windows and deodorize.
Verify the entire property for any sign of vandalism.
Check all doors and windows are secured and operational.
Seek visible signs of water damage in floors, walls or ceilings.
Compose notes for any unusual odors.
Check temperatures are normal.
Check all windows for any broken or damaged seal.
Check circuit panel for proper operation, if requested.
Check interior/exterior for any visible evidence of mold or mildew.
HVAC system set properly to home owner specifications and current weather conditions.
Check all appliances for operational functionality.
Check all plumbing for any visual leaking.
Check smoke detectors appear operable.
Check phone lines are in working order.
Ensure hot water heater has no visible drainage.
Run all faucets and flush toilets to eradicate dormant water.
Run dishwasher and garbage disposal to maintain lubrication.
Start automobiles if applicable.
Note visible evidence of insect activity.
Check screens or pool enclosures for any damage.
Check that security system is operational.
Check that all curtains and blinds are closed, if requested.
House cleaning service is performing satisfactory.
Landscaping service is performing satisfactory.
Newspapers and junk mail are collected.
Check for any broken trees, fences, etc.
Provide Homeowner with e-mail summarizing inspection results.
